Went back, yet again, the other night 3-Oct-13... I have to keep up my assertion; the roshen-e lamb and prawn jalfrezi weren't oily. The curry vegetable was a bit, but not a bad as other places I've been. BTW, their roshen-e lamb for me is legendary... how many time I just wanted to get two orders of that a a naan bread... mmmmm....

Heard really good things about this restaurant.
On visiting the food was just OK (nothing to get excited about).
The pros of the Angel Curry Centre have to be the price, which for the area and food is very reasonable. Also the fact that you can BYOB (especially as there is a Tesco and Sainsburys close by). more
We were staying at the Doubletree and went here for a late dinner. The food was great and the service was very nice. more
Food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back.

Oil slicks? Inconceivable! As wittily set-up as his closing line was (amazeballs, BTWs) I was so convinced that Vince T had had an off-night at Angel Curry Centre that I had to, in the name of all-that-is-holy-research, make sure that my information was not incorrect.
