Fantastic local pub which suits all occassions. Whether it is lunch with friends, a pint whilst watching the football or ping pong in the sun this place delivers. They even have cosy heated huts to help you survive winter. One of the best pubs in Putney! more
I started coming to Jolly Gardeners for lunch after my NCT class - there are a few places in Putney where it isn't a problem to have lunch with other mums. There isn't a huge space for prams but they are so accommodating you feel comfortable going there.

Great pub with a nice outdoor seating area.
I was here this week for my friends birthday, the staff were really nice and were happy for us to be possibly a little loud and drunk for a Weds. It is off the main high street so although it was busy, it wasn't ridiculously full allowing us to find enough space for the 10-15 people who showed up.

Although this is my local and my friends and I tend to go there quite regularly, this is not the best pub in London. It is however one of the best in Putney.
It is quite pleasant and I do like the Deco and drinks selection. Watch out for the annual cider festival in the summer - this is always a good week!
