Following the success of Thuy’s Viet Kitchen supper club, chef Thuy Pham-Kelly has opened a permanent restaurant in Chapel Market.
The Viet Kitchen delivers the same delicious food as the supper club, now in an elegant room featuring pale wooden claddings and fun chandeliers.
Rice and noodle plates make up the majority of the menu, with classics including vegan-friendly tofu pho, prepared with a fragrant spiced broth. Though there are also sumptuous meat dishes like braised beef short rib in a lemongrass curry. Finish with a European dessert given an Asian twist, such as panna cotta infused with matcha.
