Byron Cowcross Street serves proper hamburgers, the way they should be. Properly sourced British beef, ground fresh into 6oz patties and cooked medium so it's pink and juicy and served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side. Fries, sides, extra-thick milkshakes and craft beers round things off. A Mini Byron menu for kids plus vegetarian options ensure there's something for everyone.

I currently work around here and this is a quick place to get a bite to eat. Service and food was great. Quick too! (especially in an office environment.)

Byron never disappoints!
Service is great (even when the restaurant is quite full), the burgers are great and tasty, as usual at Byron. Their veggie options are pretty nice too ;-) We'll be back! more
Hmm, chicken burger in London. Seems like an oxymoron. But Byron delivers. Very good chicken burger with hot sauce. Came with three colleagues and though the burgers were disintegrating in the process of being eaten they were very good. We sat by the front window which was a big plus. more
