Tapas Revolution Shoreditch will be Omar’s personal interpretation of the lively and bustling tapas bars in his hometown of Madrid. This contemporary Spanish tapas bar will be open for all-day dining and offer fresh, high quality tapas, using ingredients Omar has sourced from across Spain. The menu will be simply divided into four sections; meat, fish, vegetables and egg dishes. For those who just want to stop for a quick drink, there will be a selection of Spanish craft beers.
