Used to live very locally to this restaurant so I have been there more times than I can count! Food is great and offers a great selection of meals including lovely desserts that are great portion wise. Only thing that lets it down is poor service. Certain individuals make a great effort but often food comes quite late and you tend to be forgotten unless you frantically wave across the room! more
We probably go to Frankie & Benny's twice a month, We get a great level of service nearly all the time, and the food has always been spot on - one bad experience with the serving last week, and it was rectified by the manager very quickly. OK, I admit that I may have a disproportionate attraction to Frankie and Benny's as a chain, probably a childhood nostaglia thing. It's a great place for breakfast (brunch), lunch and dinner (and after dinner cocktails). But let's admit, they are all much alike....if not identical.
