In a prime location off Regent Street, Gaucho Piccadilly is an upmarket Argentinean steakhouse housed in the old wine cellars of the Mexican ambassador. The vaulted restaurant is decked out in cowhide, a knowing nod to the chunky menu full of cuts of luxury steak, including the tender Bife de Lomo, aged for six to eight weeks and then flown in from Buenos Aires. The interior is definitely a cool theme. They have the cow hide everywhere which makes for a great ambiance to a steakhouse.

Had a great dinner with family at this lively restaurant!!! The atmosphere is fun and vibrant. We really let our server pick many of the favorite dishes and stuck to steaks and tasty sauces. The mashed potatoes were perfect too! more

We were given an assortment of bread while we waited paired with herb oil, salt, sea salt and butter. Our orders took a little longer to... more
