Coming a long way since its days as a critically acclaimed pop-up, this is now the second Señor Ceviche restaurant from founder Harry Edmeades.
The interiors marry the grand colonial architecture of Lima with the vibrancy of the artistic Barranco district of Peru’s capital city. This ability to blend the traditional with the new is reflected in the creative menu, which features national dishes from Peru such as ceviche, while a selection of Nikkei and Chifa take inspiration from Japan and China.
A weekend brunch is also on offer, and the downstairs cocktail bar pays homage to Peru’s favourite spirit pisco with an imaginative range of infusions.
