This review is about the area outside the Hub Cafe, as I am never there early enough for it to be open! The Hub, located at the north part of the park, closes at around 9pm and the park closes at around 9.30pm during the summer months (May to August) and 5pm during the winter months.

The Hub is built on top of a mound, and the lower level offers sports facilities and shower and changing rooms. I went here several times in the summer to watch amateur cricket with a friend. It was great fun, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Though the Hub is centrally located in Regents Park. I think that's all it has going for it. Good bathroom facilities. It's warm inside. Home to showers for all the athletes around the local fields.
But it easily gets overcrowded. The food and drinks are overpriced for very mediocre quality. Probably the worst hot chocolate I've had in this country. You're better off heading off to a cafe on... more
