A lovingly-whittled wooden shack perched on Brick Lane, Caboose is a cosy smokehouse serving up the finest slow-cooked meats and freshly-sizzled burgers. Seating a minimum of 8 and maximum of 11 guests, Caboose's private party guests will be served a 3-course feast they've watched cook at the hatch. Caboose also offers a bring your own booze policy, and you can keep drinks chilled with your party's very own ice chest.

Yummy burger with half smoked beef and half pulled pork.
Wriggle app was doing a promotion which you can get a meal deal (chips, burger and drink) for £7.5 and I was tempted.
The queue is not too long and the burger was worth the wait. Unfortunate that they do not have ketchup for chips but still good with burger source.

Good quality meet but BBQ is sadly on dry side. I saw them pan frying the meat before serving to make it warm and I believe this makes the meat dry out. Buns are slightly too big for contents and a bit good hard... Tried Rosemary fries, perhaps too hard to get the oil temperature high in the van - slightly soggy and not so great Rosemary flavour. We booked out the entire dining section of Caboose for a mate's stag do last week. Turns out that was a great move.
James and Gandalf were extremely warm and understanding hosts (I think they get a lot of stag/hen types). Gracious and accommodating.
The caboose itself is a charming idea, and managed to comfortably seat 11 of us.

Excellent little food truck in the Shoreditch area. I got the pulled pork and salad, and it was all perfect. Reminded me of America! The truck itself is impressive, for they built it themselves... out of wood. The food came in a charming little cardboard box (a trendy stylish one, not a simple dumpy one), and was quite tasty. Excellent use of vinegar and mustard. more
