CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY. It's no wonder this place has such an awful rating. The attitude of the staff is woeful and mirrored by their condescending and trite manager.
After waiting for 3 pints of wastage to be poured out of pint glasses by the incompetent and expressionless "bartender", I was finally served my 6 pound Sierra Nevada.
Uponst receipt of said pint, I had no longer placed it down... more

As a restaurant, this place leaves a lot to be desired. I went there with a colleague after work and we were not impressed. Her salmon was good, but she would have enjoyed getting a piece that was more than four bites. Went for lunch. Were out of lots of things in the menu.

Typical Nicholsons brewery pub. Good food menu on offer. Burgers and sausages on their way. Great selection of real ales on tap. Upstairs was closed so only sat downstairs but not too busy considering its a Saturday afternoon more
