BC Battersea Rise (& Shine) is our first cafe down South and the baby of the bunch. So far, so good and as the new kids on the block we've felt that arriving on Battersea Rise has been like one big hug from SW11. The cafe is a beauty (even if we do say so ourselves) having taken inspiration from a 50's kitchen and an 80's launderette. Fancy a date with The King of Ladies Man? Ask a member of staff to take you behind the shutter and you might just get lucky...

Out waitress was the sweetest and nicest woman. We are from out of country and she made some nice suggestions of where to go and what to do. The food was very good and I enjoyed everything on my plate. My fiancé also enjoyed the meal he ordered. They were fast and good. I highly recommend this place. more

Just landed in London and my cousin decided to take us to this spot. It was literally up the road from my aunt house. The drinks are good. We had wings and nachos. I will definitely come back for the food because my cousin raves about it. This place will definitely see me again! more
Deeeelish!! Many options on the menu for breakfast and lunch, but breakfast is served all day. We went at around 12:30 PM and all got breakfast menu items (read: eggs!)
My friends got the eggs florentine with a side of smoked salmon and avocados, and I got the vegetarian All-American: scrambled eggs, pancakes, a big grilled mushroom, potatoes, and a weird vegetarian sausage. I was weary of it... more
