A slick retreat nestled within the cellar arches of The Ampersand Hotel, Apero Restaurant showcases supreme Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by the fresh, artisanal produce associated with traditional Mediterranean cooking, Apero showcases sumptuous sharing platters and delectable contemporary creations. Edgy industrial features are offset by rich caramel leather banquettes and cobalt blue stools, whilst a minimalist marble bar serves cool signature cocktails and fine wines.

Came here for breakfast on one of our last day's in London. It was a quick walk from our hotel (though it made me wish we'd stayed at the hotel above the restaurant). Breakfast was delicious! We were quickly seated. Coffee's were tasty and my yogurt and granola bowl was so good. The ambiance was very cute and service was good. Overall we were very happy. more
Apero is the sort of restaurant I could spend all day in. Tucked beneath my absolute fave London hotel (The Ampersand) Apero is a cosy, laid back retreat from the hustle and bustle of London. My favourite place for a lazy brunch, a romantic dinner or cocktails with friends! more
Extremely disappointed by the breakfast here. I got the salmon scramble and assumed that both the salmon and eggs would be scrambled together.. maybe they do it differently in the UK. Got their version of hash browns, waaay over fried and greasy. The Benedict was also unremarkable. Good service by the wait staff, therefore two stars. more

The food was fantastic, we shared the vegetarian sharing menu. The starter included - focaccia with ricotta, flat breads with multiple amazing dips, a cous cous salad... more
