Popped in here for a drink recently and the atmosphere mixed with the beverages proved a pleasing one, if a little on the pricey side.

This place was as typical as a hotel restaurant could get!! Classy, good service, and dishes with high quality ingredients. But it is lacking in atmosphere, something that I think is never possible to have in a hotel dining establishment.

Relatively decent food but horrible service. Waited 40 minutes for a sea bass and fish and chips and when we asked if we can change one part of the order after 40 minutes we heard a snarky "no but you can order it next time" seriously not worth the price they charge more
I can't begin to tell you how bad the service is here. The food order was put in as "kids meal" (there are seven options) so nothing came out. The kitchen was "out of French Fries". The wings came out as spicy skewers. And we literally got no food for the first hour.
We walked out.
Crowne Plaza should be shocked at the service standards of this place more
