This is the fourth London venue from Salt Yard Group, who have already captured foodies’ attention with Opera Tavern, Salt Yard and Dehesa. Ember Yard continues the Spanish-Italian theme, this time using the cooking method of charcoal. Many of the ingredients used at the restaurant are hot and cold smoked or wood smoked.

I went there with my hubby for lunch.
An experience we had here wasn't impressive. Some of food is ok, but some aren't. Overall none of plate didn't impress us. The service wasn't that good. Perhaps, we should have gone to other places we know. It was expensive for what we had... won't go back again. more
One of the worst restaurants I have ever been too in my life. The food tastes like charred wood. I get the tapas concept but why not just call yourself a snack bar because that's what it amounts to.

I popped into here last week for just a few tapas and sat at the bar downstairs. I was promptly attended to and impressed with the customer service of the bartenders, a rarity in London. Wow. What an incredible dinner. It was my mom's birthday and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They were fantastic on accommodating an outside cake for after our meal. The food was sooo tasty!! Some of the best chorizo I've had in my life. The steak with salsa verde was perfectly cooked, and the charcuterie platter was beautifully presented.
