Chef Helene Darroze’s menu at the Connaught reflects her signature style of cuisine, combining classical French cooking techniques with intense, seasonal flavours, using the ingredients of her native Les Landes in South West France.

Dedicated to gastronomy and fine dining, Hélène believes in using only exceptional ingredients to create a cuisine that comes from her heart, bringing together her childhood family traditions with her passion for authenticity and simplicity. Some of the ingredients that are now part of her acclaimed signature dishes include chicken from Les Landes, Indian spices, Scottish scallops and freshly caught tuna from St Jean de Luz.
