Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood-burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients.

Top 5 reviews of Franco Manca
Wanting some quick food, we stopped by Franco Manca to get a sourdough pizza for both of us. We ordered a Margherita pizza and a mixed greens salad. Both were excellent with good flavor and taste. I think the salad was under 3 pounds and the pizza was under 6 pounds. I don't think anyone can beat that. Everything was better than expected and service was fast and friendly. more
Pizza, presented with a sort of brutal efficiency- don't expect anything sodden in cheese or over stressed with toppings( although quality is key). Expect to pay about £8 per pizza. More or less always busy; popular with the Nappy Valley crowd and hip young things alike. more
All workers seem to be Italian which makes it feel and seem more authentic
Great prices -£6-7.95 for a pizza
No delivery :( why?!! They could make more money if they offered this
Limited menu... No starters, no desserts, no sodas and only about 6 different types of pizza
One size only ! Should create two sizes

- Its so hectic it actually stressed me out a little bit.... more
