The Hawley Arms has quite the location, sitting just beyond the lock next to Camden market. As a venue hosting regular live music, the Hawley Arms has attracted a series of celebrity regulars over the years, such as the late Amy Winehouse and Noel Fielding. The Hawley keeps its non-celebrity contingent by providing live music on the first Monday of every month, classic pub food and bar snacks served in pint glasses.

This is the pub that Amy Winehouse supposedly came to often when she was alive. Went to check it out with my British friend yesterday and I gotta say it was quite an unfriendly atmosphere. Yep I love music and the music history certainly seeps through the walls here and everything on paper tells me I should absolutely love this pub. But I don't. I'm sorry.
Amy Winehouse used to hang out here. I've lost count how many now famous indie bands have walked through the doors of this pub at some point, I've bumped in to a few in my time. They have live music here. The beer is ok. Its... more
Great pub. Been here both day & night. Daytime is chill & they have good pub food. Nighttime is wild & rowdy. The music is good & the people are always interesting but very friendly. And they have a cute garden area. Also if you're an Amy Winehouse fan, you'll definitely have to pop in as this was her fav Camden haunt. more
Like everyone else explained, this is Amy Winehouse's old spot. As soon as you walk in you'll see why too, it's got that old living room, candle lit pub style to it, it's pretty dope. But not fancy, don't go there looking for fancy.
It was cold the night I went but there's a rooftop terrace upstairs as well. more
I don't know what it is about this place--it's just awesome. Great vibe, great beer selection. Its nothing too special, but darn it, I just like it. No place I'd rather be after a big shopping spree at the Camden Market. more
