I came here on a Thursday night to watch the football. As you would expect from a sports bar there are plenty of screens but unless you have a table it is a little awkward to view them. The service at the bar is a little slow, they seemed short of people, they also did the annoying British bar habit of serving a Heineken in a Fosters glass which never fails to wind me up. A very usual kind of place. For an early weekend evening, we found it quite scarcely occupied. We just had a few cocktails, which is hard to go wrong in a bar right?! Seating is generously spread out. One of the few places where I would probably opt for seating by the bar. Service is friendly. All in all, an ok-pleasant experience. more

We ended up in Waterloo station on one of our outings while we were in London recently. We were hungry so we decided to just have some food here. The burgers were really good. I had a Mediterranean style lamb burger. The meat patty itself was moist and not over cooked and I liked the ciabatta bread they used. The beer selection is good and it seems like a good after work bar. more

Hmmmm! I'm torn here.

As far as bars in train stations go its good, in fact comparably its great. As a sports bar, which is what it seems to push itself as with a gastro menu, its not so great.

On a fairly bust 6 nations day the service fell to pieces, the staff seemed more irritated as each order went. Not really what you want on a nice Saturday out in town.

I ended up here last night to meet an old friend and it was just convenient in terms of travel for us both.

It is what it says, a bar and grill. The staff can be very slow at times and you sometimes have to repeat what you want to them due to language barriers in place. The food we had was alright although the chips they serve are literally just store bought frozen oven chips. That being said... more
