I was going to be in London for four days. Spent about two weeks trying to put together a dinner that worked timing-wise and location-wise for 6-8 people... and food-wise for me.

After failing with a bunch of other options we were able to get a reservation at The Shed, at the last minute.

One of the best dining experiences of my whole life. Try the tiny bit tasting plate. A little bit full of awesomeness. The service was also exceptional. This is a farm to table restaurant and this includes the wine, which a white variety and was so delicious and different. Amazing! more

i was really looking forward to trying this dish

sticky spatchcock quail, pink firs, english miso, raisins, chervil

and as starter pork chips, tamarind and cinnamon ketchup, gremolata

your profile was great just a little bit off-balance on the sticky quayle

overall really lovely place to visit more
