This is a traditional pub with a hotel attached. It has a large central bar and comfortable seating around the walls. it serves mainly Youngs beer (quelled surprise!) but they also had Sambrooks which is my preference. The food is a bit pricey but tasty. It is located in a quiet street just opposite the railway station. Overall, I would heartily recommend it. more
