Small museum depicting everyday life from the 1920s-1940s. There is an old-fashioned shop set up to resemble a 1930s general store, where all exhibits can be handled. Various items for sale include Age Exchange books based on life in the past, greetings cards, postcards, pens, T-shirts, hand-knitted items and calendars. Staff on hand to help. Donations welcome. Changing exhibitions of memorabilia on different themes in social history.
Prices and Opening Times
Admission is free for casual visitors but there is a small charge for group visits, which must be booked in advance.
