I've been a regular at BET for about 4 years now. Located in the heart of a housing estate, it's not somewhere you would find by accident, but there are road signs and a few elephant print shaped lights in the pavement to guide you there. Nearest tube station is Oval - it's a brisk 10 minute walk.

This is a lovely little fringe theatreit can bit a bit tricky to find if you don't know where to look, but is worth the looking once you get there!

The first time I tried to see a friend's show at The Blue Elephant I got terribly lost and terribly upset. The second time I was successful and was pretty darn impressed. It was early in my latest residency here in London and I was quite excited by the existence of these cafe-theatres that seemed to appear in the back corners and top levels of pubs across town.
