Awesome little place with a theatrical production outside. Good selection of drinks and beers and the food was ok not great. The location and ambiance more than compensates. Worth a trip. more
What a cozy wine bar at Covent Garden! Very rustic and down to earth with a nice selection of wines and sherry's. The smooth and silky vegetable soup with crusty bread was just right after a long day exploring the London streets in the cold. The service was attentive and friendly. Loved stopping in. more
Even though it is in the touristy Covent Garden, the Crusting Pipe served an enjoyable lunch. We had sandwiches and a bottle of wine while opera was being sung in the downstairs courtyard. It had a wonderful ambiance and recharged us for the rest of the afternoon sightseeing. more
I had such a lovely experience at the Crusting Pipe. It's located in one of my favourite places in central London. There's something about Covent Garden (tourists aside) that takes me back in time. It's the mixture of the echoes and scents from all the food vendors situated outside.
I had afternoon tea here for my birthday. We were seated inside, which was rather quiet but we sat right in... more
Their outside seating is amazing... We were lucky enough to score a table by the musicians performing at Covent garden, it's like having dinner while being serenaded by violins... Food was amazing... I think it was a combination of the ambiance, music, wine and food... When I left, I even said "this might be on my top 10 dinner experiences ever" I really enjoyed it :) more
