Because of its Covent Garden location, you'd imagine this would be filled with tourists and poor food to match. However, quite to the contrary. Mostly locals enjoying high quality pub food at fair prices.

Excellent pub just a few minutes from the Covent Garden tube station. Excellent traditional Ale selection, very friendly staff, and a great after work atmosphere.

WE often go to the White Lion, because it's one of three pubs withing a few minute's walk of the flat we often rent in Floral St., and very handy to Covent Garden.
