We stumbled upon this place by accident, after a few other recommended restaurants in the area were closed and were so happy with the entire experience. The menu is large, but not overbearing. The friendly waitstaff readily answer any questions you may have and will give recommendations as well. Recent renovations give an elegant ambiance which is paired with a surprisingly affordable menu.
Quite simply the worst Indian food I have had for the last 30 years! Ironically there were hardly any spices in the food, just a bland mixture of "frozen" foods defrosted and mixed with a sauce. Both dishes were bland and the onion bhaji was just as bad - no spice, just deep fried gram flour mix and hardly any onion. On the plus side the pickle was good! more
This place is a 5 for value. It's more affordable than other indian restaurants of the same quality.

I was staying nearby and wanting a good Indian meal before leaving the UK. This had mixed reviews and felt it was worth a try. The place was easy to find. The food here is good, although it's a bit pricey for a standard Indian restaurant. Also, the customer service is not great. The waiters at times were rude, so I haven't been back.
FYI - They won't let you take home your left-overs, which is bizarre considering that you paid for it. They do take-away, but you can't take home your left-overs. Hmmm... more
