Now I understand what biodynamic wines are all about! Our friendly and knowledgeable waiter explained as well as recommending one excellent and one good bottle of wine. The food was superb, the short rib beef was super tender and nicely accompanied with creamed artichoke and some green beans. Nice outdoor seating. Limited selection of wine for a wine bar. Decent wine but expensive. Overall, a good option if you have to be near carnaby st and want to sit outdoor and have a glass of wine. more
Antidote, a delightful little wine bar. Its outside seating is sheltered under the awnings and inside is a cosy and vibrant atmosphere, you can but imagine all good friends must love to catch up over good wine, so naturally there was a comforting choir of chatter and laughing.

This is not only a wine bar, it is also a fabulous restaurant. The wine list is very thoughtfully curated, and the meals are made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Since it is a French restaurant, the cheese plates are made with the best of French cheeses, and you can pair them with delicious dessert wines. Move over port and make way for Banyuls.
