Ordered Sunday roast for delivery via deliveroo (best idea ever) and it was SO GOOD. Yorkshire pudding still crispy, lovely homemade horseradish, lots of meat...Ace. more

This is just such a lovely pub and fantastic for group dinners .I recently went out here for a going away dinner and we had a large table and banquet - the dinner was great - wine even better - and desert gorgeous(home-made date ice cream).

Positives: 50% off food with a Taste card, delicious fish and chips (some of the best beer batter I have ever had), creamy lovely rhubarb cheesecake, quick service before the theatre.

I came here for a 3 course meal invite only dinner the other night and the whole thing was absolutely fantastic. For starters we got a range of things to try on a platter. Really good pub with great food. To be fair it is expensive but it's a high quality and very friendly service. Nice atmosphere and family friendly, great for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Been several times and highly recommend even though it's the sort of the place you don't really want to get too popular. more
