We live nearby and I wanted to get a little pastry. I was fancying a Pastel de Nada so I bought two of them. They were probably in the fridge for a long time. Didn't tasted fresh and had a mixed taste/smell/flavor of the surrounding sanwhiches. Couldn't finish it, it was disgusting. What a shame for a Portuguese place. For me it's a bad experience. more

I've grown up with this corner shop and so might be a little biased, but...

A great little corner store owned and run by a lovely Portuguese man.
Really wonderful crab legs and little baked goods...
Ask to see his autograph books- this place is a gold mine for football stars! more
Although it stocks less products than other portuguese delis, kudos for the great selection of wines and cheap pasteis de nata (custard tarts).
Worth a visit. more
