Evoking the essence of Argentinian cooking, Gaucho Canary offers a passionately compiled mix of steaks, classic South American recipes, and drinks compiled by a 'Bartender of the Decade' award winner. Contrasting with the simplicity and richness of the dishes, the sultry, clean-cut dining room pays homage to its meat-focused menu, decked out in smooth leather and spotted cow hide. A 150-strong wine list celebrates Argentina's unrivalled growing regions and includes some supreme rare bottles, while the cocktail list takes inspiration from Buenos Aires culture from 1930 through to 1960.

I'm sure that a reservation of 25 people is not exactly heaven for restaurants, but we were taken care of with amazing service from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable and passionate. The food was fantastic and their wine list did not disappoint.
Would definitely come back. more
The service from the moment we walked in until the minute we left was excellent; very helpful and friendly staff. I had the medallion fillet steak medium/well and it was as described. My partner on the other hand had 300g fillet well done and for him it was too chewy. Nonetheless we had a good evening with an extra special ending to the night with dessert (see pics!) more
