Last night of London vacation and #2 daughter who's been living here for 6 months suggested Giotto for her sister's birthday and because of the live piano music. On arrival, we were greeted warmly enough. Yes, there's a piano player, but it's a small spinet piano, and we were seated so far away that it was a non-factor for me. Meal was served in good time. Received a warm welcome and good customer service throughout - which you will undoubtedly pay for on the service charge. One big perk was the piano playing in the background, however you will have to face the unavoidable tip-me gaze of the pianist upon your exit, which you may or may not succumb to.

The zucchini tasted like oil that hasn't been changed in 6 months. Inedible. The pizza had almost no sauce and so much cheese. No basil. It said tomato, basil, mozzarella on the menu! It was not a... more
