One of the famed antique book shops in this area, BIG.

They sell books from the 18th and 19th centuries, and specialise in English literature! Woo-Hoo!!! Apparently, they publish between six and eight substantial CATALOGUES of first and early editions every year, but I only know this from the website. I went in with much excitement, being a lover and collector of books, but to my dismay and frustration, the experience was horrid. The (I assume) elderly proprietor was on the phone while the younger shop attendant helped us (I was with a group of 3 others).
