A pub, a pub - well what can I tell you about a British pub? I'm sure you've seen hundreds of them in your lifetime already? So what to expect here at The Lord Stanley;
Well, I though it was a bit pretentious for a pub and the service was suuuuuuper slow! The menu (for both food & wine) is way better than you'd expect in a pub; all sorts of different wines that you can order per glass and... more

I also had the pigeon risotto and was similarly unaffected. Both dishes lacked the extra flair to make the meal truly memorable.
