The historical Romford Market began nearly 800 years ago in 1247, when King Henry III granted the market its charter. Originally established as a sheep market, it is still operating three days a week offering customers the perfect place to spend the day and pick up great-priced items.
Romford market is one of the largest street markets in the South East with more than 150 regular stalls offering a diverse range of goods including fresh meat and fish, vegetables and fruit, the latest fashions, mobile phone accessories and household goods to name just a few.
