I recently received a coat that is worth 149 pounds as per the tag, however I was charged 252 US dollars for it. Even when accounting for the exchange rate, this is significantly in excess over the price I should have been charged from M&S.

I was waiting for a cashier and was greeted " alright darling ow ye doin"this was in the basement home dept oxford street about 3 weeks ago.

The 2 bastions of the high street mns n j Lewis need to get back to basics if they're to survive.

Customer service is dead thank god for Amazon the only time I go into stores now is so l can see the item before getting more

The big M&S in West Oxford Street was just a teensy bit underwhelming. Especially for a flagship store.

Some parts of the store are quite modern (like the signage) and the storefront is quite posh looking but the actual store is very dated and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70s!

BF grew up with Marks & Spencer and made sure on our first full day in London to stock up on supplies here. We picked up chocolate digestives, large fruit trifle, pudding, Cadbury and non-Cadbury chocolate, and sausage rolls. Everything was delicious!
