Based on the 1994 Oscar-winning film and Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical, Priscilla the Party follows three friends who hop on an old bus to seek fortune and fame in Alice Springs and end up with more than they ever dreamed of.
What is Priscilla the Party?
Follow the uplifting story of two gay men and a trans woman who decide to take their act from the bars of Sydney to a casino in Alice Springs. Hopping on an old, sparkly bus called Priscilla, the trio travel all the way to the Australian outback, making new friends and facing criticism along the way. The bond of their friendship and their love of entertainment and music take them to the top, resulting in a fabulous and heartwarming experience.
Based on the book co-written by Stephan Elliot and Alan Scoot, with additional material by Phil Scott, Priscilla the Party is presented by MGM on Stage and developed and adapted into an immersive production by Simon Phillips. Celebrating 30 years of glamour and entertainment, Priscilla the Party is a grand celebration from the team behind Priscilla Queen of the Dessert The Musical, the ultimate jukebox theatre adaptation that took the world by storm.

The 2024 cast
Trevor Ashley, a well-known Australian musical theatre performer, takes to the stage as Gaye Cliché having previously played the role of Miss Understanding in Priscilla Queen of the Desert: The Musical. He's joined on stage by Owain Williams (Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables) as Tick/Mitzi, Dakota Starr (Fisherman's Friends, The Girls, Taking Steps) plays Bernadette and Reece Kerridge (The SpongeBob Musical, Shrek the Musical, The Book of Mormon) performs as Adam/Felicia.

What time should I arrive?
Audiences are invited to arrive at the venue up to an hour before the show's official start time to enjoy a Priscilla-themed cocktail from the Cocktaoo Bar and dazzling pre-show entertainment, from sultry pop covers to a mesmerising opera performance.
How long is the show?
Priscilla the Party is approximatively two hours long and includes two intervals.
Stay for the after show when the club host’s a party with a live drag DJ for those who are not quite ready to leave the dance floor.
What time is the evening show?
Evening performances take place at 7pm, on Mondays and from Thursdays to Saturdays.
Are there any matinee performances?
Priscilla the Party has matinee performances on Thursdays and Saturdays at 2pm, and Sundays at 1pm and 5pm.
Where is Priscilla the Party taking place?
Priscilla the Party is currently showing at HERE at Outernet, a live venue and events space located in the heart of Soho on Charing Cross Road.
How to get there:
- Tube – Tottenham Court Rad is the closest tube station (Central, Northern and Elizabeth lines), and a few steps away from the Outernet.
- Bus – A few bus lines stop nearby on Tottenham Court Road (bus lines 188, N171 and N1).
- Biking – Hire a Santander bike and head to Earnshaw Street on Covent Garden where you will find the closest Santander bike docking station. The venue is a few minutes’ walk away.
Are there any age restrictions?
Priscilla the Party does not accept children under the age of 14 and children between the ages of 14 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that the show contains strobe lights, haze and smoke effects. The production also contains references to homophobia, misogyny and transphobia.
