The show stunned audiences at the 2025 Olivier Awards, opening with a performance of "Beat It" led by talented nominee Miles Frost. MJ The Musical won an Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer for Christopher Wheeldon and continues its momentum with a second season running until March 2026.

MJ The Musical goes beyond the glitz and glamour of Michael Jackson's public persona to explore the man behind the music. Centred around the making of his 1992 Dangerous World Tour, the show delves deep into the creative mind and iconic moves that propelled the singer to superstardom.
Created by two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage and Tony Award-winning director/choreographer Christopher Wheeldon, MJ The Musical delivers a theatrical experience like no other, with dozens of the most iconic songs in music history, including "Billie Jean," "Beat It," "Man in the Mirror," "Thriller," and "Smooth Criminal."
Myles Frost, the original Broadway performer, took centre stage as the King of Pop in 2024, with Jamaal Fields-Green taking on the role since January 2025, following his previous Broadway stint. He brings his incredible talent to the London stage, with an unforgettable interpretation of Michael Jackson.
