Superbugs Lates at Science Museum Free

About

Battle the bugs at Science Museum Lates We share our world with bacteria. Trillions live on and inside us and while many are harmless, they can also cause infection and even death. Join us this month at the Science Museum for a Superbugs themed Lates to discover how bacteria have adapted to fight back against antibiotics and discover the fascinating research taking place to combat the resistance. Enter a dystopian world where antibiotics no longer exist with short film Catch, or create your own comic against the backdrop of an antibiotic apocalypse with Surgeon X. Help save the world by taking part in antibiotic research, use VR to shrink and explore the hidden secrets of bacteria, or try your luck at the most dangerous game in the world with Superbugs Arcade and see if you can stay alive until 2050. All this and much more, including a chance to get hands on with objects from the Science Museum's Collection, a printmakers pop-up where you can create your own screen-print souvenir, and our famous intergalactic silent disco.
