'James Traylen Band is the realisation of the eponymous JT, bringing into the real world his design of psychedelic, bombastic, freak-pop. Surrounded by a band of friends, JT pulls many songs and sounds from his debut LP 'Clue Pool', a record released under the guiding light of his production imprint City Muscle Recordings. Like all his music, it was written, recorded and produced alone. JT hails from South East England, he has made music forever with various projects and under various guises, ditching them all in favour of striking out with his own name. He often performs solo, but it is with James Traylen Band that these colours can truly manifest.'
