About

Tickets are now on sale for Springfest, the UK's largest German Bier Festival, taking place at Alexandra Palace on 30 March (Good Friday), offering the best party atmosphere this side of Stuttgart and an indulgent array of premium beer, food and live music. Your ticket buys entry to the Great Hall which for one-night-only will be transformed into a Bierkeller of gigantic proportions and a seat at one of the rows of keller-style benches. Enjoy the traditional delights of an Oompah band, to which dancing is fully encouraged, and a more modern musical splattering of an impressive ABBA tribute act. Next door in the West Hall will be Ally Pally's Bier Garden, where you'll find a host of other beers on offer and yes, even more live music and entertainment, as well as a mouth-watering array of food - from the traditional delights of German sausage and pretzels, to American BBQ and a mix of sweet treats. Alexandra Palace is also offering free tickets to an Ally Pally event of your choice for the best dressed. So get your lederhosen on and pull up those socks, as this is certainly a party you want to be a part of. Of course those most affiliated with German culture may have noticed that the event comes to you outside of the usual autumn months, when German's traditionally celebrate Octoberfest. That's because Alexandra Palace like to do things the Stuttgart way, where Spring Fest has been celebrated for generations. And, in further tribute to this fantastic German City, Alexandra Palace will once again be serving its exclusive Stuttgart-imported Volkfest pills, a sparklingly smooth amber beer, with some punchy hoppy notes. Who wanted to wait until October anyway?
