In aid of Cancer Research UK / Teenage Cancer Trust / Macmillan Cancer Support Back in late May [27th May 2017], the good and the prog came to Leamington and what a fantastic day was had by all: six great bands, a raffle and the auction - all of which contributed to the total raised and we here at Team Trinity are delighted to announce that as a result of the incredible generosity of people on the day a total of £6,000 was raised and we have donated this equally to the three charities concerned. We would just like to say a huge thank you to you all for your magnificent support and generosity. Onwards and upwards though - and we are now very excited to announce that Trinity is coming back - Trinity III is coming! It will take place on 12th May 2018 but at a NEW venue: Islington Assembly in London, and supported as ever by Prog Magazine. It will still be the same format though, with six bands (three in the afternoon, three in the evening), a raffle, and an auction hosted again by Jerry Ewing, editor of Prog Magazine: after his sterling performance as auctioneer at Trinity 2, who else were we going to ask? We are also enormously delighted and excited to announce our headline act for Trinity III will be none other than the Steve Rothery Band; Steve says: "I'm really looking forward to our concert supporting the third Trinity Prog charity event at the Islington Assembly hall, it's a great venue and it should be a fantastic day". And with Touchstone and Ghost Community also on the bill, plus three more bands yet to be announced, this will be an event not to be missed.
