Full Line Up: Fortify, Sidelines, Tales of Perdition, Between the Lines, Kiss the Gun Just a few days before Halloween, head down to Islington's Hope & Anchor to catch some of the best underground rock the South of England has to offer right now! Headlining the show to celebrate the release of their debut album, is Fortify. This Essex based five piece, who have impressed promoters Absent Kelly before, will be bringing their signature brand of female fronted "easy-core" to the stage. Merging elements of pop/punk and metal with frontwoman Anna's distinctive vocals, we're expecting big things from these guys off the back of their debut offering, especially since their debut single, "Emergency Exit" was featured on BBC Introducing. South East London quintet, Sidelines will be providing support. These guys create a huge sound, full of driving guitars and soaring vocals and high octane, energetic live shows. Tales of Perdition are a London based symphonic metal five piece who are relatively new to the scene, but are already turning heads with their distinctive sound. We'll also be joined by Between the Lines, a five piece from Bedford whose high energy pop/punk has seen them play some huge venues, including the Camden Assembly. Opening the show are Salisbury hard rock five piece, Kiss the Gun. These guys are also on the verge of releasing their debut album, so expect a preview from them here!
