See the world’s best taekwondo stars compete for valuable ranking points ahead of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games during the World Taekwondo Grand Prix and World Para Taekwondo Championships at the Copper Box Arena.
The sport returns to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park's iconic venue, which hosted the taekwondo events during the London 2012 Olympic Games, with some familiar faces. Double world champion Bianca Walkden, double Olympic gold medallist Jade Jones and local-born Lutalo Muhammad are among the 250 athletes on show during the World Taekwondo Grand Prix.
Watch the contests across eight different weight categories during three days of action, culminating with finals on each evening.
You’ll also be able to see the World Para Taekwondo Championships for the first time in the UK, as three-time Para Taekwondo European gold medallist, Amy Truesdale and emerging talents Leif Thobroe, Matt Bush and Joseph Lane battle it out for the honours during a whole day of competition.
