Join in the festive fun at the Royal Albert Hall with carols, music and entertainment during the Christmas Festival.

Hosting a series of traditional and joyful concerts and seasonal performances, the festival gets the Christmas party in full swing in the beautiful surroundings of the historic hall.

Christmas Festival 2018 programme

  • Celebrate the 30th birthday of improv show Whose Line is it Anyway? as it brings big comedy stars to the stage of the Royal Albert Hall.
  • Enjoy a mix of jazz classics and soulful Christmas songs with Guy Barker’s Big Band Christmas, presented by BBC Radio 2's Clare Teal.
  • Experience the music hall’s first gospel Christmas concert, starring the London Community Gospel Choir.
  • The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and the Philharmonia Chorus return with their mesmerising annual performance of Handel’s Messiah.
  • Catch Home Alone in Concert, featuring John Williams’ soundtrack performed live by Cinematic Sinfonia and Crouch End Festival Chorus.
