Explore fresh and exciting work from a diverse range of artists at Royal Academy of Arts' Summer Exhibition.
The major annual exhibition has an illustrious history, having helped many famous artists on their first steps towards success since its inception in 1769. Any artist is eligible to enter, no matter whether they are established or completely new to the art world.
Coordinated by painter, printmaker and Royal Academician Eileen Cooper, discover artists from around the world in a truly global exhibition. See work in a range of mediums by Isaac Julien, Hassan Hajjaj, Gilbert & George, Marina Abramović, Wolfgang Tillmans and Jim Dine.
Other highlights include a moving sculpture from Yinka Shonibare that stands at over six metres in height and the first piece of performance art to be displayed at a Summer Exhibition.
