Fresh ingredients and very reasonable prices keep people returning time and time again to Yida Sushi, conveniently located a short walk from Highbury and Islington station.
Enjoy a good range of beautifully presented sushi and sashimi, in the small bright dining room, and discover lesser-known items such as surf clam and tobiko – a type of fish roe.
For those less keen on sushi, there are plenty of other Japanese dishes to tuck into, from tempura to teriyaki.

I really liked it - fresh & delicious sushi served on proper Japanese plates, cozy music on the background, super friendly & attentive service. I would say this place might even qualify for a hidden gem. On a Saturday night it was quiet and unassuming.
The highlights were samurai and rainbow roll. Continua
