I had a terrible experience at this bike shop. Someone tried to steal my bike and warped my back wheel in the process. When I went into the shop the guy working there accused me of buying a stolen bike and essentially blamed me for my near bike theft by leaving my bike securely locked outside my building overnight.
He gave me a two day turnaround time for my bike to be ready and said I would... En savoir plus
The people in here are so friendly. I went in to get a broken mud guard looked and, and to replace a back light. The staff helped me being in the bike and had a good look at it.

It isn't cluttered now - admittedly it's a small shop and they want a reasonable amount of stock on display, but you can still wheel a couple of bikes in there for them to have a look at.
I've popped in a few times but never made a major purchase or... En savoir plus
