Carluccios is only good if it works, it is quite expensive for what it is and so if the quality and service is off then it is quite poor. When went there the lowlights were dirty plates, cold lasagne and a piece of growing medium (wood/bark/cloth?) in the mushroom pasta full price was still charged although there was an apology for the mushroom pasta. Highlights were the atmosphere, location,... Más información

yeah, it's alright here. But unlike some of the places around here, Carluccios doesn't benefit from it's Canary Wharf location. Is it me or has this italian chain gone a bit downhill?

Honestly, the place is a little bit plasticcy now. The shops are getting bigger and stretching more into the restaurant bit - at least it feels like that anyway. It feels more and more like you're being forced... Más información

They were even more surprised when two of our party were kids! However, they are true professionals and we had a great night. My kids are used to eating out so it was never going to be a problem but they didn't know... Más información

I absolutely love this place. The food is great, the wine is great and the service is great. It has such a buzz about it every time I go and I have never been disappointed. Its a shame there is not one near where I live! Its the sort of place you could go to alone and sit there all afternoon and not feel out of place. The menu is great but it is always worth trying out the specials on the board. Más información
