A grandes rasgos

From paper planes to fighter jets, stand in awe of the world’s most famous aircraft at this historic museum. Be dwarfed by the B-52 and Concorde; get up close to famous Second World War classics including the Spitfire, Lancaster and Tiger Moth; and stare up into the guts of the Vulcan bomber.

Learn about a generation of heroes whose bravery shaped the world we live in today and hear personal stories of those who lived and worked at RAF Duxford. Peer into the hangars where the conservation team are hard at work and catch a glimpse of historic aircraft taking to the skies from the airfield, still in use today as it has been for 100 years.

With over 300 objects on display, there’s plenty to see and do for the whole family.
