Austin Alt-country legend, Texas Troubadour not to be missed. Former member of the True Believers , Jon Dee Graham is the only musician ever to be inducted into the Austin Music Hall of Fame three times. He has over 12 solo albums out and has toured the US for the last 20 years and will be making a rare London appearance this June 13th at Aces & Eights in Tufnell Park. Well known for his solo work, including the critically acclaimed albums 'Escape from Monster Island', 'Hooray For The Moon', and 'Full'... He is also well known for his tenure in The Skunks, Austin's very first punk band and the True Believers with Alejandro Escovedo. He has held down the Wednesday night residency slot at the famed Austin Continental Club in Austin for over 20 years....a record. Jon Dee has also played guitar with acts such as John Doe and Exene Cervenka (X, The Knitters), Michelle Shocked, Alejandro Escovedo, Kelly Willis and The Gourds and had his songs covered by many artists, including Patty Smythe, Patty Griffin and James McMurtry. He last toured the UK with McMurtry and Ian McLagan and the Resentments with sold out shows. His last headline show was at the Borderline in the early 2000s. He will be with his son William Harries Graham whom has his new album out and Wired Magazine has called him one of the worlds top innovators plus Americana UK gave him a glowing review for his debut album.
